The Membership office will assist with:

   Status Cards - issued on Wednesdays and  Thursdays.  No appointment necessary but         encouraged.

Reminder:  Check your child(ren) expiry date on their status cards.

          Registering Births

          Registering Marriages

          Registering Deaths

          Registering Name Changes

          Bill C31 applications for Indian Status
 

   There is no charge for Curve Lake First Nation members.

   There is a charge of $10.00 for First Nation members from other communities.
 

Notice to Parents:
 Remember to register your baby within the child's first year.
